You’ll manage documentation, track loan progress, schedule signings, and ensure timely funding while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Technical & Operational Skills: Ability to review and prepare loan documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Experience working with loan systems, document preparation software, and Microsoft 365 tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.
- Customer Service & Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with members, internal staff, and external vendors such as title companies. Commitment to providing outstanding service and building positive relationships.
- Organization & Problem Solving: Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues during the closing and funding process.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure all processes comply with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations including BSA/AML/OFAC requirements.
- Education & Experience: Two years of experience in the financial services industry required, with real estate lending experience preferred. Customer service experience required. Associate degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
