In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members reaching out through phone, chat, email, and video. As a Contact Center Consultant I, you will assist members with account needs, load consumer loan applications, provide education on credit union products, and help resolve inquiries with professionalism and care. You’ll play a key role in strengthening member relationships and living our service standards.

What You Will Need To Be Successful
Member Service & Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Ability to actively listen, educate, and provide tailored solutions and proactively consult on our Credit Union’s products and services.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities with a focus on empathy and positive regard.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi‑task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Attention to detail with the ability to make sound, logical decisions based on credit union policies.
- Proficiency using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- One year of customer service experience required with prior call center experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
