Loan Servicer I

Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Loan Servicer I to join our Loan Servicing team. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for servicing consumer loans. You’ll process loan setups, modifications, payoffs, lien perfection, and compliance with regulations. This position also supports reporting, auditing, and provides exceptional member service.

Loan Servicing Expertise

What you will need to be successful:

• Knowledge of general consumer loan servicing processes.
• Ability to process payoffs, monitor insurance, timely reporting, and maintain accurate records.

• Strong organizational skills with accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues effectively
  
  

Communication & Collaboration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with members, internal teams, and external partners.
  
  

Experience & Education

• One year of financial services experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
