- Coordinate staffing, schedules and training.
- Conduct inspections and review incident reports.
- Handle client requests and support day-to-day security operations.
- High-school diploma or equivalent and applicable licensing.
- Qualifying backgrounds include military service, Auxiliary Police/Police Cadets, at least one year of successful security supervisory experience, or an associate’s degree or higher in any discipline.
- Strong communication, judgment and leadership skills; other employer screening and requirements apply.
