- Identify and investigate incidents of theft and fraud.
- Review CCTV footage and exception reports.
- Monitor store physical-security systems and audit Electronic Article Surveillance equipment.
- Prepare accurate case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries.
- Preserve evidence and coordinate with law enforcement.
- Testify in criminal or civil court actions when required.
- Report hazardous or unsafe conditions and carry out duties in a way that minimizes risk to associates, vendors, customers, and the company.
- Support store-specific asset-protection and operational objectives with integrity.
