Overview

Intel Federal LLC is hiring an Industrial Security Representative 1 to support classified operations at its Hillsboro campus. The position helps protect classified information, facilities, technologies and personnel while supporting compliance with the National Industrial Security Program.

Security Responsibilities

• Support classified programs and secure onsite operations.
• Help safeguard classified information, facilities, technologies and personnel.
• Support compliance with the National Industrial Security Program.
• Work with employees, government agencies and business stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.
• Develop experience across personnel security, physical security and security operations.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of combined experience in military, law enforcement, industrial security, corporate security, personnel security, physical security, intelligence or security administration.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Experience with NISP, 32 CFR Part 117, classified environments or U.S. Government customers.
• Experience with DISS, NBIS, NISS, SIMS or comparable security-management systems.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk between multiple buildings and work locations.
• Ability to lift and transport materials weighing 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to inspect secure spaces, including occasional ladder climbing or construction environments.
