Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting operations by performing a variety of physical tasks that ensure smooth production processes. Duties
- Assist with the setup, operation, and cleanup work areas
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks to move materials, supplies, and finished products
- Follow strict safety standards in production, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Forklifting Boxes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently and safely
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing equipment is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively on a regular basis
- Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use
- Prior experience or interest in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions and stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
