Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Assembly Worker to join our team. This role involves assembling, packing, moving materials, and loading our customers orders to ensure efficient production and delivery of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and instructions.
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and test assembled products for quality and adherence to standards.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist customers with loading their orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
