Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant – Enrollment Advisor will work both on-site (Wilsonville or Mill City) and remotely. This position supports office operations, records management, and provides direct assistance to prospective families during the enrollment process. This role reports to the Office Manager and is an integral part of the classified team.

Essential Job Functions
- Provide high-level support to school staff
- Enter data accurately into the student information system
- Assist prospective families throughout the student enrollment process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enrollment documentation
- Respond professionally to inquiries in-person, by phone, and online
- Maintain understanding of enrollment policies and documentation requirements
- Process and track District Notice of Intent to Enroll forms
- Ensure compliance with FERPA regulations
- Support families regarding the 3% enrollment cap and related appeals
- Greet and assist students, families, staff, and visitors courteously
- Participate in staff meetings and maintain collaborative communication
- Maintain accurate records and complete follow-up assignments
- Model and promote a respectful and inclusive work environment
- Provide comprehensive customer service, including front desk reception
- Assist colleagues as needed to support organizational operations
- Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong technology, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service mindset and ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to explain policies and maintain accurate records
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and events
- Ability to work both in-office and remotely
- Ability to work occasional evening hours, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in a school administrative support role
- Experience with Google Suite, PowerSchool SIS, and Adobe PDF tools

- Starting salary range: $17.74 – $35.37/hr (based on education and experience)
