What You'll Do
As a Professional Home Organizer, you'll work alongside our team to:
- Declutter, organize, pack, and unpack homes
- Sort, categorize, label, and create customized organizing systems
- Assemble simple organizing products when needed
- Lift and move bins, boxes, and household items
- Maintain a clean, polished workspace throughout each project
- Work closely with clients to provide an exceptional experience
- Help make overwhelming transitions feel manageable and stress-free

- Is comfortable driving throughout Greater Boston and Cape Cod with a reliable vehicle.
- Is physically active and able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on their feet throughout the day.
- Has a genuine passion for helping people create calm, functional, and beautiful spaces.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (required)
- Comfortable traveling throughout Greater Boston and Cape Cod, including longer travel days
- Previous experience working as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the workday
- Previous experience in home organizing, interior design, moving, retail merchandising, hospitality, or customer service is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person.
