Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced drain technician to handle a variety of installation, repair, and maintenance tasks in homes across the greater Albuquerque area. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in residential plumbing, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve drain-related issues using proper equipment and techniques (snaking, hydro jetting, camera inspection, etc.)
- Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of drain lines in residential and light commercial settings
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients about findings and solutions
- Maintain and care for company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicle
- Keep accurate service records and complete paperwork or digital forms
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in drain cleaning or plumbing service (preferred)
- Knowledge of drain systems, sewer lines, and related codes
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great attitude, dependable, and customer-focused
