Do you have a passion for beauty, wellness, and creating exceptional client experiences? Our growing medical spa is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to become the heart of our front office.
As the first and last impression of our practice, you'll play an essential role in ensuring every client feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
- Educate clients on our services, memberships, promotions and skincare products.
- Process payments, maintain accurate client records, and handle administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless client experience and smooth daily operations.
- Assist with retail sales and help clients select products that support their treatment plans.
- Maintain a beautiful, organized reception are that reflects our high standards of care.

- Experienced in a medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Proficient with computers and scheduling software.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
