Orchard Village is looking to hire a full time Registered Nurse.
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000/yr.
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
Seeking an additional RN to oversee the agency's medication administration program and medical management for clients with developmental disabilities living in our 24 hour and Intermittent CILA group homes. The RN completes client nursing assessments, provides medical support and guidance to staff, and trains direct care staff on the appropriate administration of medications. The RN ensures nursing practices are compliant with Rule 115 and 116. This is an on-call position to address critical client incidences and medication administration. On-call duties will be rotated.
Registered Nurse Requirements:
- Applicants must have a valid RN license, driver's license, and car.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Must possess 1-year professional nursing clinical experience within the last 5 years.
- Experience working with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Training on Department of Human Services expectations and rules will be provided.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in MS office applications required.
