A supporting, growing company is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing for their facility located in Grove City, PA.
The ADON will be able to gain management and leadership experience, while working side-by-side the DON as part of the Inter Disciplinary Team. Assistant Director of Nursing responsibilities include, but are not limit to, assisting the Director of Nursing in the daily operations of the Nursing Department, guiding Nursing staffing procedures, assisting in setting objectives for long-term goals for the Nursing Department, assisting in developing and enforcing Nursing policies.
The ADON must have a current PA Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing/RN.
