Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments
- Build structured hiring processes and pipelines
- Develop partnerships with universities and fellowship programs
- Design and manage a Program for early-career professionals
- Support onboarding, performance management, and retention initiatives
- Track hiring metrics and improve talent systems
Qualifications
- 5 years in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
- Experience building hiring systems and recruiting top talent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Experience in nonprofit, education, or youth services preferred
- Fellowship or leadership program experience
