Store Inventory Associate (Must Be Fully Bilingual)

Locations: Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn

• Hours
  • AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • PM Shift: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Days: Full-time Monday - Sunday

Overview
We seek a dependable, detail-oriented team member to handle inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and put away deliveries from suppliers
• Verify order accuracy, product quality, and packaging integrity
• Perform daily inventory checks and cycle counts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all inventory areas (using FIFO/FEFO)
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly
• Support logistics and assist during peak operational hours
• Order from vendors through an online ordering platform
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in packing, fulfillment, or inventory control
• Must be Fully Bilingual in Spanish & English
• High reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail are a must
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for long periods of time
• Comfortable working in cold storage units for long periods (walk-in coolers and freezers)
• Familiarity with inventory or warehouse tracking tools
• Experience working with food is a must
• NYC Food Protection Certificate or ServSafe certification is a plus
