ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Manager to manage all aspects of the warehouse (on-site and off-site) including inventory control and distribution, to ensure proper inventory levels and timely shipments of customer orders.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day operations of the shipping and receiving department.
- Assist in managing inventory control programs across all material types to ensure accurate inventory and drive inventory reductions.
- Oversee the shipping and receiving functions to optimize flow while facilitating a working warehouse and off[1]site warehouse, when applicable.
- Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Safety metrics
- Quality Shipping Complaints
- On-time shipments
- Finished goods inventory (DOH)
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing
- 2-5 years of experience in a plastics or fabrication environment
- Ability to handle the stress of working with others
- Ability to be available outside of normal work hours
- Ability to assess employee performance and coach and develop others
- Ability to lead by example
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
- Ability to use and influence organizational policies, standards and procedures guiding manufacturing practices
- Ability to effectively manage the business relationship and transactions with the suppliers of raw materials or product components
- Knowledge of the processes, tools, and operational considerations for effective and efficient movement of goods and materials throughout the manufacturing cycle
- Knowledge of issues and considerations for effectively managing local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods
- Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements associated with safety and protection of the employees, environment and site
- 5% - 10% travel
