We are looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to manage inbound inquiries, assist clients with product information, and support our outside sales team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience by providing timely assistance and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Support & Sales Assistance:
o Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing professional and timely assistance.
o Guide clients through product selections and purchasing processes, ensuring they receive the right solutions for their needs.
o Answer questions about product specifications, pricing, availability, and order status.
o Support existing clients by addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Collaboration with Outside Sales Team:
o Assist the outside sales team by managing client requests and coordinating follow-ups.
o Ensure seamless communication between customers and the sales team.
o Provide necessary documentation, quotes, and product details to support sales efforts.
· Product & Order Management:
o Maintain accurate product information in the system, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
o Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
o Assist with inventory-related inquiries and product updates.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in customer support, inside sales, or a related role, preferably in wholesale or B2B industries.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
· Familiarity with CRM or accounting systems for order and product management is a plus.
· Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to customer service.
· Knowledge of signage materials or a related industry is an advantage but not required.
