Orbach Affordable Management is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Porter for OAHS MacArthur Park TC LLC, a 85-unit, multifamily community located in Loveland, OH 45140.

This hands-on role is ideal for a team player who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. You will perform general custodial, janitorial, and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily work orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including common areas, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs and filters, adjusting thermostats)
• Assist with apartment make-readies and vacancy prep
• Operate snow removal equipment during winter months (shovels, snow blowers, etc.)
• Support the maintenance team with other assigned tasks
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and provide excellent service to residents

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in building or apartment maintenance required
• Background in construction or carpentry is a plus
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and light electrical work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Experience operating lawn care and snow removal equipment
• Professional and respectful communication skills with staff and residents
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to safety protocols

Full-time position, Wednesday- Sunday
