We are actively hiring OTF-certified Coaches to join our team immediately. Our studio is short-staffed and we are looking for reliable, experienced Orangetheory coaches who can step in quickly and help us maintain a strong member experience.

• Coach form, safety, pacing, and effort for all fitness levels

Requirements

• Current Orangetheory Fitness Coach Certification
• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or other NCCA-equivalent)
• Strong mic presence and confidence leading groups
• Dependability, consistency, and a teamwork mindset

Orangetheory is a one-hour, science-backed group workout combining heart-rate-based interval training and strength work to help members increase energy, build endurance, and live a healthier life.

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
