We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us as an Assistant Studio Manager / Fitness Coach. You must be outgoing, friendly, personable, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer service and sales-oriented environment. What we offer our Full-Time Fitness Professionals:

• Team members are in the studio about 40 hours per week with great income and full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Fitness Certification: Personal or Group Training; ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA & ACSM
  
• CPR and AED Certified.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• A big smile and a great attitude.
• Sincere in your communication, team player, care about others.
• Growth-minded and open to learning.
• Attention to detail; follow proven systems and policies.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.  
• Reliable transportation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests by helping them book workouts.
• Educate guests on our services and programs to help them achieve their best results.  
• Lead studio preview tours with new guests and fitness program members.  
• Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls to promote studio growth and retention.  
• Attend community events and outreach activities to build the Orangetheory Fitness brand.  
• Take a proactive approach to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance goals.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean studio for guests and team members.
• The Assistant Studio Manager role is a full-time position. Our studio is open seven days a week; this position is scheduled for a combination of morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
