Orangetheory Fitness – Red Mill (Virginia Beach) is hiring Sales Associates who are energetic, sales-driven, and passionate about people!
This role focuses on front desk operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales goals for memberships, retail, and class attendance. Sales Associates also help maintain a clean, organized studio and play a key role in member engagement and first impressions.
We’re looking for:
- Strong sales and customer service experience
- Outgoing personality and great communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Willingness to work at both of our Virginia Beach locations
Pay:
Starts at $14/hr, increases to $15/hr commission after training
