We are on the hunt for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for understanding current business processes, identifying gaps, documenting future-state requirements, evaluating technology solutions, and facilitating alignment across business and technology stakeholders.
The Ideal candidate is a senior-level Business Analyst with 7 12 years of enterprise experience leading platform assessments, business process transformation, and requirements discovery initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience evaluating enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, mapping current and future-state workflows, facilitating executive stakeholder workshops, and translating complex vendor management, procurement, legal, and financial business needs into structured technology requirements and platform recommendations.

Must-Have Skills:
- Enterprise Business Analysis Experience (Required)
- 7 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience leading enterprise initiatives and platform implementations.
- Experience supporting business transformation programs.
- Background with ServiceNow, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Process Mapping & Process Improvement Expertise (Critical)
- Current-state and future-state process analysis.
- Workflow modeling and documentation.
- Process optimization and automation identification.
- Creation of swimlane diagrams, process maps, RACI models, and capability assessments.

- Platform Evaluation Experience (Critical)
- Experience evaluating enterprise software platforms.
- Development of evaluation criteria and scorecards.
