Job Summary: The secretary position is one that is associated with the day to day operations of an office environment. This person, under limited direction, performs a variety of clerical, secretarial, and other administrative functions required for the operation of the department. This person is the keeper of confidential information, responsible for record keeping/data management, document preparation, and support of the department.
Qualifications: The candidate should have a minimum of 30 college credits. An associate degree of higher is prefered.
Working Conditions: The candidate will work in an office environment within OCSD.
