The Orange Unified School District serves approximately 24,000 students in grades kindergarten through 12th and encompasses all or part of the cities of Anaheim, Garden Grove, Orange, Santa Ana and Villa Park. In 1953, the citizens of the area voted to form a “unified” school district, combining the original five elementary districts with the high school district into one unified district, now known as the Orange Unified School District. Requirements / Qualifications

Must show proof of High School or the equivalent.

Licenses: Possession of a valid Class A or B, California Motor Vehicle Operator’s License. Possession of a valid School Bus Driver’s Certificate issued by the California Highway Patrol. Possession of a current First Aid Certificate approved by the Emergency Medical Services Authority or pass the First Aid Examination given by the California Highway Patrol. Possession of a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate. Possession of an unrestricted School Bus Driver Instructor Certificate issued by the California Department of Education.
