Anticipated Opening - One to One Para Educator

Randolph Union is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Paraeducator to support developmental and behavioral support needs. This position offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, foster student growth, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, special educators, counselors, and other team members to support the student's academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development throughout the school day. The ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility, strong communication skills, a commitment to student-centered practices, and the ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations.Responsibilities Include: Providing individualized support to help a student access learning opportunitiesBuilding positive relationships that promote engagement, confidence, and successSupporting social-emotional growth and skill developmentImplementing educational and behavioral support plans under the guidance of professional staffCollaborating with educators and service providers to meet student goalsMaintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environmentPreferred Qualifications: Experience working with children or adolescentsKnowledge of developmental and behavioral support strategiesStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsA belief in the potential of all students to learn and growIf you are interested please submit a letter of interest, resume, transcripts (if relevant), and three references.
