- Upsell financial products and services to customers
- Oversee loan officer activities and dealership financial processes
## Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager in an automotive / powersports dealership is preferred
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and basic math skills
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to upsell financial products
- Knowledge of credit analysis techniques
- Familiarity with financial software for data analysis
