This role will focus on educating and empowering both internal electric vehicle (EV) service technicians and external customers with in-depth technical knowledge of the Orange EV electrical and mechanical systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both in-person and remote training sessions, as well as maintaining and expanding a comprehensive training program that supports the ongoing growth of service and technical teams. Position Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training sessions for Field Service Technicians.
- Maintain and expand structured training programs, including in-person labs, classroom instruction, and technical demonstrations.
- Design and deliver remote training courses to broaden team knowledge and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the Service Support and Engineering Teams to continuously update and improve training materials.
- Track and maintain detailed records of student progress and course completions.
- Partner with third-party organizations to develop specialized training materials and content.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field related to vehicle electrical systems and/or electronics.
- Prior training or instructor experience is preferred, with the ability to break down complex technical information for diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in automotive diagnostics or Class 8 Truck diagnostics is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving, especially in technical contexts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
