What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter position at Orange Coast Building Services, Inc.?
Orange Coast Building Services is looking for an Experienced Carpenter for a full time permanent position.
Experience in single and multi-family residential environment is required including rough framing, metal framing, exterior sheathing and DensGlass experience preferred.
This position will require great work ethic and quality, adherence to project schedule, and following of safety and quality requirements. Candidates must be able to communicate on the job activities both verbally and written.
Candidate will work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment alongside multiple trades. Ability to learn as well as teach others it absolutely required.
Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a carpenter, with strong construction knowledge and personal skills. Own reliable transportation with proof of current insurance and the ability to pass a drug test absolutely required. Candidate should also have their own basic hand tools. Drug test will be required prior to start. If you can't pass don't apply.
Hourly Rate will be based on experience level. Medical and 401k benefits are offered.
