POSITION: Partnerships Fulfillment Assistantship
DEPARTMENT: 2026 CFPNCG Host Committee, Partnerships
REPORTS TO: Coordinator, Partnership Fulfillment
STATUS: Temporary Full-Time (July 2025 – February 2026), Non-Exempt, Onsite
SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting in the implementation and fulfillment of sponsorship benefits at sports and entertainment venues across South Florida in the months leading up to the 2026 College Football Playoff National Championship Game at Hard Rock Stadium.
Salary: $2430 monthly /Duration: 6.5 months /Tentative start date: July 2025
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Sponsor Fulfillment
- With direction from supervisor, coordinate and execute sponsor deliverables during 2026 CFPNCG Host Committee events including, but not limited to:
- Host Committee Golf Tournament
- Host Committee Kickoff Luncheons in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties
- Host Committee Community Celebrations and Youth Clinics in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties
- Host Committee/CFP Foundation Innovation Space Ribbon Cuttings in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties
- Host Committee VIP Kickoff Party
- Host Committee Media Party
- Host Committee Pregame Party
- With direction from supervisor, coordinate and execute sponsor activations at various 2026 CFPNCG Host Committee Events
- With direction from supervisor, coordinate and execute sponsor benefits including, but not limited to:
- Tickets and parking passes
- Media and marketing benefits (fan guide ads, website video spots, social media, etc.)
- Sponsored event elements (signage, décor, gifts, donated product, etc.)
- Assist in the development of production manuals and other organizational reports that include pertinent sponsor information
- With direction from supervisor, coordinate and execute coordination of sponsor appreciation events
- Assist in the production of sponsor fulfillments
- Monitor the organization’s website to ensure sponsor deliverables are being accurately represented
- Monitor Sponsor Social Media Posts/Assets to ensure sponsor deliverables are being accurately represented
- Assist in production of Event Day Recaps and annual sponsor proof of performance reports/recaps
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
General
- Maintain professional relationships with sponsors and colleagues
- Represent the 2026 CFPNCG Host Committee in a professional manner during sponsor activities, various South Florida functions, and other business related forums
- Assistance on special projects as assigned by supervisor or Director, Administration
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or Director, Administration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree plus relevant work experience
- Highly organized and demonstrated attention to detail
- Able to manage, prioritize and bring to completion multiple projects
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously
- Ability to multi-task on numerous projects in a short timeframe
- Ability to be a team player and also a leader when required
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Photoshop and Publisher a plus
