This role focuses on administration, governance, security, capacity planning, and DevSecOps enablement to ensure compliant, scalable, and secure low-code solutions in a regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse)Implement and manage governance frameworks, DLP policies, and environment strategiesManage security roles, user access, service accounts, and permissionsMonitor capacity, licensing, performance, and platform healthSupport ALM and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHubEnforce federal security and compliance standardsTroubleshoot complex platform, connector, and integration issuesCollaborate with architects, developers, and cybersecurity teamsProvide guidance to citizen developers and Power Platform teamsRequired Qualifications5 years of experience administering Microsoft Power PlatformStrong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BIHands-on experience with DLP policies, governance, and tenant administrationExperience with DevSecOps, ALM, and solution deploymentExcellent documentation and stakeholder communication skillsActive Secret clearance Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting U.S. Federal or DoD environmentsFamiliarity with IL2–IL4 cloud environmentsPower Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)Experience with compliance frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP)
