Hotel House Person Job Summary
The Hotel House Person will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. The successful candidate will ensure the hotel meets all health and safety standards, while also providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Hotel House Person Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and answer any questions they may have
- Clean and restock all hotel public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and break rooms
- Clean and restock all hotel guest rooms, including changing linens and dusting
- Respond to maintenance and repair requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are secure and safe
- Report all maintenance and repair issues to management
- Collect and dispose of all trash and recyclables
- Assist with inventory control and ordering of supplies
Hotel House Person Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- Able to lift and carry heavy objects such as furniture and luggage
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $18.00 per hour
