- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Hotel Houseman position provides a variety of cleaning services and other related duties required to keep the hotel facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities:
· Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel
· Service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures
· Stock cart with room supplies
· Replace bed linens and replenish guest room supplies
· Follow company standards and safety/security procedures
· Conduct ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks
