Duties
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries. Scheduling appointments.
- Maintain office organization through effective filing, data entry, and calendar management.
- Check in patients
- Submit prior authorizations to dental insurance.
Experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Dental or Medical office experience required.
