Our practice provides comprehensive eye care and vision therapy to pediatric patients and individuals with special needs of all ages. We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Patient Coordinator who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others. If you enjoy working with children and families and want to be part of a supportive, upbeat team, we would love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and families while managing check-in and patient flow
- Update and maintain accurate patient records
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing and receivables
- Work closely with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting
