Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize our organizational processes, drive operational excellence, and support sustainable growth. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with a passion for streamlining business operations, managing large-scale organizational change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will shape strategic initiatives, oversee business development efforts, and ensure operational efficiency across all departments to achieve our company’s ambitious goals.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring scalable growth and efficiency.
  • Lead large-scale operational analysis and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Oversee business development management efforts to identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand revenue streams.
  • Manage budgets at an executive level, including forecasting, financial management, profit and loss analysis, and operational budgeting to maximize profitability.
  • Drive change management initiatives across the organization to facilitate seamless transitions during restructuring or process upgrades.
  • Supervise senior leadership teams across departments, providing guidance on operational management, project execution, and strategic planning.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), inform strategic management decisions, and optimize business operations.
  • Lead program management efforts for large projects that impact multiple facets of the organization while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence through continuous process improvement, team leadership, and effective verbal communication with executives and stakeholders.

Skills

  • Proven experience in operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management.
  • Strong background in business development management and strategic planning.
  • Expertise in budget management, forecasting, financial management, and profit & loss analysis.
  • Accounting and bookkeeping skills are mandatory, including but not limited to: QB online, state and federal quarterly taxes and assessments, payroll, and HR duties.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing executive-level teams and supervising senior staff members.
  • Skilled in project management methodologies with a focus on process improvement and operational analysis.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for engagement with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex business operations while driving data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in managing operational management functions within fast-paced environments requiring strategic management expertise.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
