As a member of the Cloud Customer Enablement team, you will support the field by assisting OCI and industry customers in meeting their compliance requirements through handling security and compliance-related questions, RFPs, questionnaires, and customer audits. You will utilize existing security and compliance documentation and resources, and leverage tools developed for the customer enablement function to gather necessary information. Additionally, you will coordinate events to inform and engage global account teams, raising awareness of self-service resources and relevant compliance topics. Documenting existing processes and procedures is also a key aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written), a positive attitude, the ability to work well in a team, and the capability to work independently.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
