Our org (OCI Horizon Data Platform & Analytics) manages the fully self-service based data platform for 450 partner teams in OCI. We enable and build advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI-powered solutions and applications that provide actionable insights and drive impactful decision making across OCI, including finance, products, operations, support, and more.

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Technical Program Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of transformative data infrastructure and AI/ML analytics initiatives within OCI’s Horizons partner teams and executive-sponsored programs. In this highly strategic role, you will lead cross-functional programs that enable advanced analytics and intelligent cloud experiences at scale, shaping the future of AI-powered solutions across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and orchestrate complex technical programs to architect, implement, and optimize large-scale data infrastructure supporting batch and real-time analytics pipelines across diverse, high-volume platforms.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define and refine program roadmaps, requirements, and deliverables that meet security, scalability, compliance, and performance objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of industry-leading data quality, platform observability, and data governance frameworks to ensure reliable analytics workflows and robust infrastructure operations.
  • Own the execution and continuous improvement of automation pipelines for infrastructure, security, and policy compliance across the product lifecycle, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • Program-manage cross-team efforts to support the evolving Horizon data platform architecture, ensuring infrastructure and analytics capabilities scale to meet ambitious growth and usage targets.
  • Facilitate risk identification, mitigation, and transparent communication on program status, dependencies, and stakeholder impacts to ensure successful, timely delivery.
  • Help accelerate the development and adoption of next-generation GenAI/ML solutions by enabling backend infrastructure, maximizing customer impact, and advancing Oracle’s intelligent cloud vision.


Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager delivering software products or platforms that scale and provide amazing customer experiences.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager driving large-scale, cloud-based data infrastructure, analytics, or AI/ML initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical background in modern data architecture (batch and real-time processing), observability, governance, and automation best practices.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and engineering processes.
  • Excellent writing skills with experience in creating and executing program roadmaps and managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional leadership, program management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep familiarity with policy enforcement, compliance, and security within cloud-based product lifecycles.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering customer-centric intelligent cloud solutions.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
  • 11 paid holidays
  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
