We’re on a journey to advance how health happens with technologies that support clinicians, inspire innovation, empower patients, and save lives. Our mission? To create a human-centric healthcare experience powered by unified global data.

It’s a big challenge, but big challenges are what we do best. We’re already transforming some of the world’s largest health systems—helping them turn data into lifesaving decisions and better patient care.

We want people just as dedicated as we are making history with the advancement of Federal Healthcare systems. If you’re excited about making healthcare more human, you’ve come to the right place.

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Federal Program Manager to join our mission-driven organization. As a Federal Program Manager, you will take the lead in managing and executing program initiatives, ensuring we meet our goals within the defined scope, timeline, and budgetary constraints. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with diverse teams, including internal stakeholders and external client partners. Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approaches and industry-standard program management practices will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee critical projects, aligning them with the team's objectives and requirements.
  • Provide project oversight, ensuring timely completion and goal achievement.
  • Foster strong partnerships with matrixed stakeholder groups and clients to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Strategically manage the program budget, aligning it with organizational goals, and identify opportunities for financial performance improvement.
  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks, working closely with the project team to implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring that work products meet or exceed expectations.
  • Anticipate and address potential issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.

Top skills or competencies to be successful:

  • Excellent communication, team-building, and coaching abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix management environment.
  • Proficiency in applying project management best practices and methodologies.

Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):

  • Bachelors plus a minimum of 6-8 years with full project management experience
  • Previous Federal government or healthcare experience preferred
  • Required travel up to 20%
  • US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
