The Operational Analyst role is to support the Operations Management team for all M&D operations programs. Assist in the daily operational planning, review of processes, training and equipment certification for all inventory areas and reviews daily order processing in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Work with the Operations team and management to troubleshoot any daily issues.
The Operational Analyst will be responsible for processing the hardware and marketing incoming and outgoing requests and returns, etc.

- Supports planning and processing of orders, packaging, and shipping.
- Perform quality control check to all orders to ensure it passes the set of quality control requirements.
- Monitoring the movement of material through the production cycle to ensure availability for customer orders.
- Responsible for daily monitoring of order transactions, creates daily/weekly status reports and monthly KPI reports for management review.
- Verifies delivered products conform to defined specifications.
- Continuous assessment of manufacturing processes to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency.
- Receiving, inspecting incoming and outgoing materials, and shipping/distribution of parts.
- Ensuring accurate, timely processing of receiving, return materials and hardware, print and kitting jobs.
- Processing orders according to priority set by manager to meet customer requirements and target dates.
- Coordinating with operations team to ensure all scheduled orders are picked and processed in a timely manner.
- Replenishing stock, maintaining inventory, and moving items to increase picking efficiency.
- Performing cycle count and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Create and update processes and instructions, to ensure efficiency and business requirements are met.
- Follow all safety guidelines by maintaining a clean safe work environment. Keep labs, warehouses, work areas clean, safe.
- Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principles of safety for self and others into daily activities.
- Performing data entry and system transactions using Oracle applications.
- Ensuring highest quality product deliveries within established lead times.
- Identifying areas for process improvements, cost savings, and process efficiencies.
- Operating Warehouse Equipment; Forklift, Pallet Jack, Cherry Picker.
- Drive and operate company vehicles, vans, and box trucks.
- Assist team with various projects as needed.
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent with 2-3 years’ experience.
- Knowledge of PC and desktop hardware.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
