What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager 4-ProdDev position at Oracle and Careers?
The Compute Scaled Manufacturing organization's mission is to meet surging GPU demand for Oracle’s AI infrastructure by scaling the server qualification process to lift throughput and raise yields across all sites and products. We will standardize how we qualify new SKUs and suppliers, accelerate ramps, and ensure end‑to‑end lifecycle traceability and accountability. Success means faster time‑to‑production, predictable quality at scale, and a repeatable model to bring new products and factories online with minimal disruption.
The Compute Scaled Manufacturing organization is looking for a technical program manager with a background in supply chain, server (CPU and GPU) hardware, data center capacity delivery, cloud services, server technology, and software systems who can independently own and drive outcomes across the compute organization for high-priority programs with large business impact. The ideal candidate has a background in liquid-cooled GPU systems, compute architecture, and managing software and hardware at scale. The ability to think about business problems from the point of view of our customers, analyze and process technical information, put together programs and schedules, to drive progress towards metric-driven goals across service teams, and communicate up and down the leadership chain accurately is a must.
Our Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) is required to understand the business, technical requirements, devise strategies for programs, identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements, drive delivery, unblock execution, effectively communicate project status, problem solve and suggest changes to hardware assembly, manufacturing and validation processes, regularly participate in executive meetings to present progress, and share project information with stakeholders. This is a highly visible role, managing programs with visibility up to the SVP level of OCI.
