Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across the ranch facilities, including janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Conduct detailed vehicle and equipment maintenance, including driving various ranch vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, guiding tours, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience on the ranch.
- Execute specialized detailing tasks such as buffing, window tinting, and thorough cleaning of vehicles, equipment, and structures.
- Assist with general custodial responsibilities, including trash removal, surface cleaning, and organizing supplies to uphold a tidy environment.
- Support ranch operations by performing light maintenance tasks and assisting with outdoor chores as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, vehicle maintenance logs, and service activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is highly desirable to enhance visitor interactions.
- Hands-on experience with car wash procedures, detailing, buffing, or window tinting is preferred for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Strong custodial or janitorial background with knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating various ranch vehicles.
- Experience in general cleaning, custodial work or related fields demonstrating attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Enthusiasm for rural living and willingness to learn new skills related to land stewardship and ranch operations.
