What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Gluer Operator position at Ora Apps?
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Gluer.
- Monitor automatic feeding, folding, and gluing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for defects and verify compliance with work order specifications.
- Perform minor maintenance, troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs on machinery.
- Complete production paperwork accurately for each job.
- Meet established production deadlines and shift objectives.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications:
- Corrugated packaging experience required.
- Gluer operation experience required (Vega Altair Gluer or similar).
- Strong mechanical skills for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Knowledge of Amtech systems a plus.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand or sit for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.92 - $30.00 per hour
