Responsibilities

• :Perform Surveillance of construction projects and delivering findings to USACE-COR
• .Deliver surveillance reports on all phases of construction for compliance with plans and specifications in respect to workmanship, materials, installation and construction methods to government personnel
• .Become familiar with contract plans and specifications related to all phases of construction and deliver recommendations of any necessary changes to government personnel
• .Provide surveillance at construction sites, assist COR to resolve apparent differences and deliver opinion to government personnel, survey quality assurance programs related to projects, discuss changed conditions, and deliver advice to government personnel
• .Deliver assistance to the Government relative to investigating the need for and preparing data for change orders Develop detailed inspection requirements and control methods in coordination with Government personnel
• .Deliver drafts change orders and modifications for the COR's signature
