A premier AmLaw 100 international law firm with a market-leading insurance practice is seeking a talented litigation attorney to join its Atlanta office.

This firm is widely recognized as one of the top insurance practices in the world, representing major insurers in complex, high-exposure matters across the United States and internationally. The team handles sophisticated disputes involving wide variety of litigation matters. This nationally recognized firm is seeking to add a litigation associate (3–5 years) to join its Atlanta office. This role offers hands-on experience across a broad range of matters, including premises liability, trucking and transportation, products liability, contract disputes, and property damage. The position is highly litigation-focused and provides the opportunity to take ownership of cases while working within a collaborative, high-performing team.

What You Will Do:

• Handle a diverse caseload spanning premises liability, transportation, products liability, contract disputes, and property damage matters
• Manage cases from initial investigation through discovery, motion practice, and resolution
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and appear in court
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other key litigation documents

What We Are Looking For:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience across a variety of practice areas
• Strong competency in all phases of litigation, including discovery, pleadings, and motion practice
• Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating effectively with a team
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
• Excellent academic credentials and strong research and writing skills
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia required

Compensation:

The expected compensation range for this position is $175,000 – $195,000 depending on experience.
