Optus Resin is expanding — and we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to grow our presence across the NE.
We are a global manufacturer of advanced resin technologies with production in the USA, UK, and EU. Our portfolio includes high-performance polyurethanes, polyaspartics, polyurea, epoxies, and a broad range of bespoke screeds, overlays, and specialty coating systems not found anywhere else on the market.
Job Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong installer and contractor relationships, and promoting Optus Resin’s full coatings portfolio across PA,NJ,NY,DE,CT,OH
This role offers flexibility to work hybrid while engaging with customers on-site as needed. You’ll use your sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to support the growth of a fast-expanding international manufacturer.
Key Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with installers, contractors, distributors, and key partners
- Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiate pricing, and close new business
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools and digital systems
- Visit client sites as needed while maintaining professionalism and technical knowledge
- Deliver exceptional customer service and timely follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless product delivery and technical support
- Prepare organised proposals, forecasts, and sales reports for management review
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of sales experience in coatings, resins, construction materials, or related building products
- Proven B2B sales success with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a growing sales pipeline
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
- Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel as required (approx. 30-45%)
- Professional, customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
