Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services company, is looking for a Technical Program Manager (Enterprise Data & GCP) to join their team. This financial company is undertaking a multi-year enterprise program to consolidate data, tooling, and planning workstreams into Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The Technical Program Manager will drive program-level execution across multiple teams, ensuring end-to-end alignment, delivery, and regulatory/SDLC compliance within a mature SAFe environment. This role requires a technically credible leader to steer architectural discussions and ensure delivery feasibility.

- Familiarity with data systems (databases, data modeling, Hive/Spark/Python) and cloud (GCP preferred).

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
