Sr. DevOps / CI/CD Engineer

Onsite: Lowell, AR (Open to relocation)
We are seeking a Senior DevOps / CI/CD Architect to join our client's CI/CD Engineering team. This role is focused on designing, improving, and supporting enterprise CI/CD platforms, build and release processes, and deployment automation.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience with CI/CD architecture, Kubernetes, automation, and developer enablement. This individual will partner closely with development teams to troubleshoot build and deployment issues, optimize delivery pipelines, and drive process improvements across the software delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines supporting Java and .NET applications.
- Support development teams with build, release, deployment, and pipeline troubleshooting.
- Architect and improve build and release processes using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Develop automation using Python and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
- Manage and support containerized applications running on Kubernetes.
- Administer Linux and Windows environments supporting CI/CD infrastructure.
- Implement and improve code quality and security scanning throughout the CI/CD pipeline.
- Configure and maintain artifact management processes using JFrog Artifactory.
- Work with ServiceNow to manage change requests and deployment activities.
- Partner with development teams to improve developer experience and accelerate software delivery.
- Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and implement scalable automation and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering experience with a strong focus on CI/CD.
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise CI/CD platforms.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps build and release pipelines, including YAML-based build pipelines.
- Deep Kubernetes experience, including managing workloads and troubleshooting production environments.
- Strong Linux and Windows administration experience.
- Proficiency developing automation with Python.
- Experience with GitHub and Git-based development workflows.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Experience supporting Java-based applications (experience supporting .NET environments is a plus).
- Experience with JFrog Artifactory or similar artifact repository solutions.
- Familiarity with SonarQube and container image security scanning tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and developer support skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Rancher.
- Experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Experience with ServiceNow
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
