Position Summary: The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional projects across infrastructure, data center, HPC, DevOps, and research technology environments. This role requires a highly self-directed project leader who can manage the full project lifecycle, navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and translate complex technical requirements into clear project plans and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in highly technical environments and collaborating with executive leadership, technical teams, researchers, and end users.

- Proven experience managing infrastructure installations, specifically HPC hardware and data center environments
- Direct experience managing DevOps-related projects and workflows
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure, networking, virtualization, and HPC environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe, and experience leading Agile teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in healthcare, academic research, healthcare informatics, or basic science environments is highly preferred
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical subject matter
- Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize project management workflows or managing AI-related research projects is a plus
- Proficiency with ServiceNow PPM is highly preferred, with familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or JIRA

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure, technology, and research projects
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage projects involving HPC infrastructure, data center installations, DevOps, cloud, networking, and virtualization
- Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and ensure alignment across project workstreams
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes while developing mitigation strategies
- Gather and analyze complex business and technical requirements
- Facilitate communication between executive stakeholders, technical teams, system users, and research stakeholders
- Drive change management activities and influence stakeholders through scope, requirements, and priority trade-offs
- Provide clear executive-level status updates, presentations, and project reporting
- Apply Agile project management practices and facilitate collaboration across technical teams
- Utilize project management tools such as ServiceNow PPM, Azure DevOps, and/or JIRA to track project progress and deliverables
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve project management processes and outcomes
- Support technology initiatives that advance healthcare, scientific research, and organizational objectives
