Position Summary: The Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing the software asset lifecycle within ServiceNow SAM, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and cost optimization. This individual will maintain entitlements, reconcile software inventory, and support audit readiness, partnering closely with ITAM leadership, procurement, vendor management, and technology teams.
